Cooking by season and using the freshest ingredients available will enable Sobel and his staff to offer an innovative and diverse menu with twists on traditional recipes.
Crafted by the award-winning, New York-based design firm AvroKO, Company American Bistro will encompass more than 10,000 square feet featuring a fireside lounge surrounded by aspen trees and hurricane lamp candles. The main dining room will be highlighted by a state-of-the-art wine wall and silver-leafed chandeliers. Comfort will be of the essence at Company American Bistro as customers will settle in to custom made high-back leather chairs and cozy couches to enjoy their meal while an abundance of fashioned tree logs and stack stone add to the restaurants décor creating a warm, soothing environment.
