Hamada's Asiana combines Japanese Teppanyaki exhibition table-side cooking, with fresh sushi, and an exotic menu featuring traditional Japanese and popular Chinese dishes.
Favorites such as sushi, sashimi, steaks, teriyaki, tempura, shabu shabu, sukiyaki, yakitori, beef and broccoli, clams with black bean sauce, and chow mein, are served in a choice of locations including the dining room, teppanyaki room, cocktail lounge, or while sitting at the sushi bar.
Teppanyaki dining is a new Japanese tradition, where specially trained chefs prepare meals tableside with great showmanship, on large iron grills. Hamada’s Asiana brings the art of Teppan cooking to life, allowing prepared items to be served directly from grill to plate with a unique flare.
A Vegas favorite with over several restaurants in the Las Vegas Valley, Hamada has been honored numerous times by the readers of the Las Vegas Review-Journal in their “Best of Las Vegas” poll. In addition the Zagat Restaurant Guide ranks Hamada as the top rated Japanese Restaurant in Nevada.
Hamada's Asiana is open daily, the main dining room and teppanyaki room are open from 5p.m. – 11p.m., and the sushi bar and cocktail lounge are open from 5p.m. – 1a.m. Reservations are available by calling 702-777-2424.
