A startling, bold restaurant and bar dedicated to pleasures of the palate, NECTAR is filled with fantastic columns, plush jewel-toned furnishings and whimsical lighting. Chef John Schenk's menu reads like an ode to Americana, with big and bold renditions of Spit-Roasted Prime Rib of Beef, Buffalo Mahi-Mahi with Hush Puppies, Chili-Rubbed Free-Range Pork Chops and a masterful Surf-and-Turf. At the adjoining Nectar Lounge, cocktail nation and imagination collide in an otherworldly setting.
