The same Nobu that has them waiting months for reservations at Robert De Niro's Tribecca in New York City, famous versions and serves the elite in London, Malibu and Tokyo, now has it's Las Vegas home in the Hard Rock Hotel. New patrons are encouraged to sample the chef's selections og modern Japanese cuisine or choose from house specialties on a menu designed by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and his pupil, Iron Chef Morimoto. If you prefer to eat at the sushi bar, be prepared to sample the finest fish available flown in daily from the Tokyo fish market.
