Good food, good wine, and good service is what "Rosemary´s at The Rio" and Chefs Michael & Wendy Jordan are all about. Their first restaurant "Rosemary´s Restaurant," opened in early May of 1999 and has won numerous awards including "Best Gourmet Restaurant" by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
The cuisine at Rosemary´s at The Rio is based on the freshest, locally grown ingredients available, cooked in a simple and creative style. Enjoy starters like Hugo´s Texas BBQ Shrimp, made with Maytag blue cheese coleslaw and shaved green onions, along with several delicious pizzas, Southern Crab Cakes and Green Curry Manila Clams.
Among the tempting entrees are Wood Oven Roasted Rack of Lamb, Pan Seared Sea Scallops, Maine Lobster Brochettes and New York Strip au Poivre. Sides include Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Black Olive Creamed Potatoes, Southern Style Succotash and Garlic Spinach.
A host of delectable salads and soups are available, as well as an extensive dessert and wine list.
