Trattoria del Lupo at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas has the classic look and feel of an Italian Trattoria. Designed by Adam Tihany, the inviting atmosphere was created using a combination of the turn-of-the-century antique furnishings, eye-catching colors and simplistic design. Lupo has patio seating which is a great area to "people watch" inside the hotel. The restaurant boasts an exhibition pizza, antipasto and dessert stations, a glass enclosed area where fresh pasta is made daily, a wine room located in the center of the restaurant, an intimate private dining room and a spacious twenty-five seat bar. The cuisine, described by executive chef and partner Mark Ferguson, is created with traditional and contemporary Italian influences.
